A Unique Dining & Shopping ExperienceJesse & Sandi Kinman purchased this property in the late 1990’s. At one time it was the old Stein Lumber Company. Their dream of developing a premiere shopping complex and their belief that Johnson City was in its youth, helped create their mission of having a unique variety of shops featuring antiques, collectibles, while offering spaces for entrepreneurs. They recognized that Johnson City would soon become a strong competitor with neighboring communities and they wanted to be a part of that history. Many of the architectural features in TOLY are from the original building, such as the wood walls, ceilings, windows, and trim. Memorabilia is scattered throughout the complex, and visitors are invited to tour the grounds and enjoy shopping six days a week.
