We are the largest managed mall in Blanco Co. with over 20 merchants, providing a variety of goods from the 18th - 19th century antiques, current trendy clothes, silver jewelry and everything in between.
Jesse & Sandi Kinman purchased this property in the late 1990’s. At one time it was the old Stein Lumber Company. Their dream of developing a premiere shopping complex and their belief that Johnson City was in its youth, helped create their mission of having a unique variety of shops featuring antiques, collectibles, while offering spaces for entrepreneurs. They recognized that Johnson City would soon become a strong competitor with neighboring communities and they wanted to be a part of that history. Many of the architectural features in TOLY are from the original building, such as the wood walls, ceilings, windows, and trim.
